Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 Bananas (mashed)
  • 1/2 cup melted Unsalted Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 cups Plain Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips

Mix all ingredients in a bowl together (order of the ingredients list).

Pour into a pan and bake for 40 minutes @185. Let in cool in pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.

Storage

Store in the fridge for up to 4 days, or freeze for up to 4 months.
