
Apple Crumble

Ingredients
Apple mix
- 2 Apples
- 1/2 tbsp Plain Flour
- 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Peel and cut apples into small cubes. Mix all ingredients together and place in the bottom of a lined baking dish
Crumble
- 1/2 cup Oats
- 1/2 cup Plain Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup melted Unsalted Butter
Mix all ingredients together to form a crumble. If mixture is dry, add more melted butter (1 tsp at a time). Pinch mixture together to form a few clusters, and cover the apple mixture with crumble.
Bake for 30 minutes @185 (or until golden brown)
Storage
Store in the fridge for up to 4 days, or freeze for up to 4 months.
