Banana Chocolate Protein Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana (1/2 thinly sliced, 1/2 mashed)
  • 1/3 cup Oats
  • 2 tbsp PB2 Peanut Powder with Cocoa
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

Mix all ingredients into a jar or bowl. Refrigerate overnight (minimum 2 hours), and enjoy. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Allergens

Replace PB2 Peanut Powder with a different protein powder of your choice. To keep the chocolate flavour, use a chocolate protein powder, but if you prefer vanilla with banana, you can opt for a vanilla flavour, and add 1tsp sf maple syrup to the mixture for sweetness.
