
Protein Brownie Balls

Ingredients
- 200g Pitted Dates (soak in hot water for sweeter taste)
- 2 tbsp Oats
- 35g Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp Almond Butter
- 1/4 cup SF Maple Syrup
- 1/3 cup Chocolate – melted (optional for coating)
Mix all ingredients except choc chips in a food processor until smooth. Form into balls (if mixture if sticky, place in the freezer for an hour before rolling into balls).
Melt chocolate and coat each ball. Place in the fridge until chocolate hardens and enjoy!
Storage
Store in the fridge for up to 5 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
