
Cinnamon Doughnut Balls

Ingredients
- 1 cup High Protein Vanilla Greek Yoghurt
- 1 cup Plain Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 cup Cinnamon Sugar (3 tsp white sugar, 1.5 tsp cinnamon)
- 1 tsp Unsalted Butter (coating)
Mix yoghurt, flour and baking powder until combined. Form into dough and kneed on a flat floured surface for a few minutes
Roll into small balls and coat each with cinnamon sugar. Bake @185 for 20 minutes, or until golden brown (check base as this will show if it is cooked)
Wait until slightly cooled, and brush with melted butter, coating it once again in the cinnamon sugar. Store in fridge for up to 5 days and enjoy.
Tips
To prevent the dough from sticking to your hands, ensure your hands are damp when working with the dough.
Storage
Store in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 1 month.
